Sheet metal processing
Sheet metal processing is the process of using various advanced equipment to process the original aluminum substrate into products that meet the technical requirements of the drawing, including reinforced ribs and corner codes, through unfolding technology. It is a process before surface coloring and spraying. The sheet metal process flowchart is as follows:
1、 Fluorocarbon spraying process
The surface treatment thickness of the aluminum veneer used in the curtain wall should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T3880-2006 GB/T23443-2009 and AAMA2605-98 for building curtain walls.
1. The content of fluorocarbon resin should not be less than 70%; In coastal areas and areas with severe acid rain, three or four coats of fluorocarbon paint coating can be used, with a thickness of ≥ 40um; in other areas, two coats of fluorocarbon paint coating can be used, with a thickness of ≥ 25um;
2. The fluorocarbon resin coating should be free of bubbles, cracks, peeling, color difference, and other phenomena.
The metal veneers produced by our company are made of 1100H24 and 3003H24 aluminum alloy veneer substrates produced by top domestic manufacturers. Its thickness includes various specifications of aluminum alloy veneer substrates such as 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm-20mm, and the processing size can reach 2000 * 6000mm. The structure of metal veneer mainly consists of panels, reinforcing ribs, hanging ears and other components. The back with requirements can be filled with hot mineral wool and XPS extruded board to achieve thermal insulation effect. The hanging ears can be directly bent from the panel or added separately on the panel. In order to ensure the flatness and strength of the metal veneer during long-term use, we install reinforcing ribs on the back of the panel, which are connected to the panel through bolts to form a solid whole, thereby enhancing its strength and rigidity.
2、 Painting and color
After sheet metal processing and forming, aluminum veneer undergoes surface cleaning and passivation treatment, followed by surface spraying treatment to form a dense coating that adheres well to the surface of the aluminum sheet, providing protection and decoration. When selecting colors, customers can directly choose the color palette provided by our company, or provide additional color palette samples, or specify any other color.
3、 Performance testing
Performance testing: Single layer aluminum curtain wall panels are made of alloy panels as the substrate, which are pre treated and coated with bottom coat paint and color topcoat. The surface is sprayed with fluorocarbon.
Pre treatment: The surface of the semi-finished product is cleaned and chemically treated before spraying to produce a conversion film and extend its service life.
Primer coating: Its function is to improve the anti penetration ability of the coating, enhance the protection of the bottom layer, stabilize the metal surface layer, enhance the adhesion between the topcoat and the metal surface, and ensure the uniform color of the topcoat layer.
Topcoat coating: Topcoat coating is the last and most critical layer in multi-layer spraying. Its role is to provide the required decorative color to make the appearance meet the design requirements, protect the metal surface from acid rain pollution, prevent the penetration of ultraviolet rays, and greatly enhance the anti-aging ability.
Clear coat coating: The clear coat layer can effectively protect the surface layer, enhance gloss, and make the appearance color more vivid.
