The spraying process of aluminum profiles mainly includes surface treatment, spraying, curing, quality inspection and other steps to ensure the quality and durability of the coating. The following is a detailed process flow for aluminum profile spraying:

surface treatment

Pre treatment: including steps such as oil and dirt removal, water washing, alkaline washing (degreasing), water washing, acid washing, water washing, chrome plating, water washing, and pure water washing. These treatments aim to clean the surface of aluminum materials, remove grease, dirt, etc., and prepare for subsequent spraying.

Chromium treatment: A chemical conversion film is formed on the surface of aluminum through chromium treatment, enhancing the adhesion between the substrate and the coating, and providing protection to the substrate.

Drying treatment: High temperature drying is used to remove the moisture carried in the pretreatment process. The drying temperature is generally controlled at 8085 to avoid excessive dehydration and damage to the chemical conversion film.

spray:

Primer coating: The main function of primer is to improve the anti penetration ability of the coating, enhance the protection of the substrate, conceal subtle defects on the metal surface, and strengthen the adhesion between the topcoat and the metal surface.

Finish painting: the finish paint provides the required decorative color to make the appearance meet the design requirements, and prevent the metal surface from being eroded by the atmosphere and acid rain, so as to prevent the penetration of ultraviolet light and greatly increase the anti-aging ability.

Topcoat coating: The function of topcoat is to enhance the resistance of the topcoat to external erosion, protect the topcoat coating from oxidation, increase the metallic luster in the topcoat color, and make the product appearance more vivid.

Curing: Curing the coating by baking to form a hard coating Layer. The baking temperature is generally between 180-250, adjusted according to different types and thicknesses of coatings.

Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the sprayed aluminum materials, checking whether the coating thickness, adhesion, appearance quality and other indicators meet the requirements to ensure the quality of spraying.

In addition, during the spraying process of aluminum profiles, attention should be paid to avoiding pollution, controlling suspended solids in the spraying environment, and keeping the spraying site clean to reduce the occurrence of coating defects.
